SPEAKERS

Ralph Duncan is a retired US Navy Engineering Duty Officer with more than forty years of maritime and business experience. He brings a unique blend of experience in leading and coaching technical teams to success in highly challenging, highly focused mission sets.

Following his military career, he transitioned to small business founder, entrepreneur, leadership coach and has held several senior corporate positions such as VP of Marine Engineering and VP of Business Development, and Research Program Manager followed by graduate studies in Entrepreneurship and Innovation through Stanford University.He now serves as the NW Tech Bridge Coordinator and Deputy Director where he engages with businesses in the PNW ecosystem.

 

Kate Hoy has been helping small businesses with business development for over 25 years. For the past 10 years Kate has focused on moving small businesses from the commercial space into government procurement. Kate currently works with innovators who are seeking federal research and development funding, with an emphasis on the SBIR program.
