The NavalX Pacific NW Tech Bridge (NWTB) specializes in big data, adaptive autonomy technology, robotics, and advanced manufacturing.

We’re here to connect with our region’s innovators and technologists, providing a framework to quickly identify and support technology transition programs, highlight bottlenecks and assess naval innovation in taking place specifically in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.

NWTB experts work alongside members of Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport to provide expertise and advice to companies seeking to share their innovative technology with the Navy. The unique nature of the Tech Bridge ecosystem allows open access to all the talent and partnerships throughout the network both inside and outside the Department of Defense.

Tech Bridges are an “innovation ecosystem” working alongside Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to provide support and the opportunity to access expertise from Navy divisions such as Naval Surface Warfare Centers (NSWC) and Naval Undersea Warfare Centers (NUWC).

The NavalX Pacific NW Tech Bridge was one of the initial five Tech Bridges launched in September 2019. Today, the Tech Bridge network includes 18 Tech Bridges around the world, each centered on collaboration between U.S. Navy partners and innovative dual-use technology companies.

Each Tech Bridge harnesses local talent and leverages partnerships to work on initiatives in specific technical areas. The NavalX Pacific Northwest Tech Bridge (NWTB) specializes in big data, adaptive autonomy technology, robotics, and advanced manufacturing.
